Rules

  • Please, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session the cleaning fee will be added (from $150) and will depend on the amount of work required.

  • Any fractions of an hour are billed as a whole hour. It also applies to the hourly count of the packages.

  • Paper Backdrops: Paper Backdrops: All backdrops including the pre-installed ones (white, grey, and black) are $5 per every linear foot of usage from the lower edge of the backdrop till where we need to cut off. Full rolls of paper backdrops are $95+tax. 

  • All hard-to-clean materials (confetti, milk, flour, powder, glitter, wax, body oil, etc) are NOT allowed. 

  • Group size: max 10 people 

  • The renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to the Company’s property, including spills, excessive wear, marks, or stains on furniture, fixtures, or painted surfaces.

  • If we become aware of dangerous, pornographic, illegal or negligent practices or activities, we reserve the right to stop the shoot and may require Renter and Renter’s party to immediately vacate the premises. In such case no refund will be given for unused time.

  • Use of Company’s Premises and equipment is at Renter’s risk. Renter hereby agrees that Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to Renter, his party or possessions while on the Premises.

  • No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $500 fine will be charged for each incident.
  • No Smoking/Vaping inside or near the building.
  • No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.
  • No pets allowed without prior consent.

  • Please note that the lighting in our space is dependent on the natural light outside. Please email us or give us a call if you want advice from our staff on which rooms would be the brightest at different times of the day.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

  • At Clarksville Studio, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service and experience. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and changes may need to be made to your reservation.

  • Rest assured that if you need to cancel your reservation, we have a very flexible cancelation policy in place. We’re proud to offer a full refund if the reservation is canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled date/time – no questions asked!

  • If you need to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled time, we will refund 50% of the rental fee. Unfortunately, if you need to make any reservation changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation time, we cannot provide a refund.

  • This cancellation policy applies to all types of payments, including when the reservation is paid using pre-paid hours from the client’s account.

  • Refunds take about 5 business days to arrive in your bank account, which depends on your bank, but quite often people can see the refund in the next 1-2 days.

  • We want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and stress-free as possible. So, please keep our cancellation policy in mind when making your reservations. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
